Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "par99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the par99 platform at par99.net, holding a valid international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the par99 website, all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and any products or services offered therein, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and cashier.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any registered user of the par99 platform who has created an account and agreed to these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by you on the par99 platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in your par99 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any eligible bonus credit.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or other incentive granted by par99 to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where par99 does not hold the necessary authorisation to offer services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the par99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the par99 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and par99 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and par99, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

par99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a par99 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited to you personally;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from par99 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of par99 or any of its licensed gaming software suppliers.

par99 may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed or the account is closed.

par99 uses third-party identity verification services and reserves the right to share account data with those services solely for the purpose of age and identity verification, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one par99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, telephone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. par99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated bonuses and winnings upon detection.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if any information changes. par99 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used, whether by you or by another person, is your sole responsibility. You must notify par99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

par99 may decline to open an account, or may close an existing account, at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Deposits & Withdrawals

par99 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in PKR. par99 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions processed through supported Pakistani payment methods.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. par99 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network congestion outside par99's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal is released;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account, or to a verified account in your own name — par99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts;
• par99 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during business hours, though actual receipt times depend on your payment provider;
• par99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

par99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the par99 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review current limits before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

par99 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all par99 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and over only;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion — bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• par99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• par99 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions, or collusion between players;
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or product categories — please refer to the promotion terms for eligible games.

par99 actively monitors promotional activity for signs of abuse. Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the par99 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, and slots — as published on the platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the relevant rules before placing any bet.

Sportsbook-specific conditions:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet;
• par99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds was clearly evident — for example, where odds were materially inconsistent with the prevailing market due to a system error;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including during live events, due to match incidents, data feed disruptions, or other operational requirements;
• The settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. par99 follows internationally accepted settlement standards for cricket, boxing, football, and other sports offered on the platform;
• PSL and international Pakistan cricket matches are settled in accordance with the official results as declared by the PCB or ICC as applicable.

Casino and slots conditions:

• All casino and slot games on par99 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories;
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel within the platform;
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, par99 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance;
• par99 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in game session interruptions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the par99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the par99 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where access to par99 is not permitted;
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any aspect of the platform including game software, odds feeds, or promotional mechanics;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any par99 service;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to events offered on the par99 sportsbook;
• Placing bets using information not in the public domain that could be considered insider information;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including live dealer games;
• Using another person's payment method or account to fund your par99 account;
• Engaging in any conduct designed to harass, threaten, or abuse par99 staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

par99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the par99 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

par99 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. All accounts are subject to age verification at withdrawal. Where par99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and all funds will be held until the matter is resolved.

Intellectual Property

All content on the par99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of par99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the par99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any par99 content or services;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any par99 content without express written consent;

• Frame or embed any par99 page within another website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of par99 intellectual property terminates the licence granted to you and may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, par99, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the par99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical faults outside par99's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or errors;
• Any outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform, whether resulting from a game malfunction, data feed error, or any other cause.

par99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your par99 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit par99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

par99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with par99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

par99 may share your personal data with third-party service providers engaged to support the operation of the platform, including identity verification services, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and customer support tools. All such third parties are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Account Suspension & Closure

par99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, where par99 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The account holder is engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or other unlawful activity;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account is a duplicate of another existing account;
• The account has been used to launder funds or conduct any financial crime;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to par99.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, par99 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and associated wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting par99 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

par99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Your continued use of the par99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which par99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents par99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
